We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to be the face of our gym. As a Front Desk Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our members and guests, helping create a welcoming and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet members and visitors with a positive and professional attitude
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about memberships, classes, and services
Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions
Assist with new membership sign-ups and promote ongoing gym offers
Perform cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and hygienic front area
Restock and manage front desk and bathroom supplies
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a smooth member experience
What We’re Looking For:
Previous customer service experience preferred (especially in fitness or hospitality)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and comfort with POS systems
Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
Passion for health and fitness a plus!
