Front Desk Associate Opener

The membership consultant position deals with the overall flow of the front desk, selling & managing memberships, helping members & providing a great member experience. You will become knowledgeable of each department & work the front desk. You're required to have great customer service skills, know your way around a computer, be able to sell memberships with a good closing ratio & perform specific job duties daily.

Job Responsibilities

Schedule is Monday-Friday - 4:30AM-10-12PM. Depending on availability. Weekend availablity to take shifts if needed helpful

• Open Gym on time at 4:30AM weekdays
• Check all members in at front desk
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Manage membership inquiries, sales & accounts
• Handle all phone calls including sales calls
• Conduct tours with incoming prospects & provide insight with our programs, amenities, etc.
• Generate, track & contact all leads including; tours, referrals, etc
• Process member accounts truthfully and accurately
• Properly on-board new members
• Conduct member account changes
• Execute company referral program
• Maintain and exceed daily, weekly & monthly sales quotas
• Maintain relationships with members by providing support, information, & guidance; be knowledgeable of facility amenities, recommend new opportunities to existing members
• Handle member complaints and issues immediately with a positive outcome.
• Enforce company policies & procedures
• Perform all checklists & other duties as assigned
• Schedule Fitness Assessments, group fitness classes & other amenities
• Work as a team with all employees & departments to ensure that our guests receive a dynamic fitness experience.
• Use Point of Sale & preform till drop

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
