- Sunday: 7:30 am – 3:00 pm
- Monday: 9:30 am – 7:30 pm (25 hours per week)

Job Overview
As a Front Desk Associate, you will support an environment and community that empowers people to improve their quality of living through health and fitness. You'll be the face of Flow Fitness, creating impactful and life-changing experiences for our members with your friendly, approachable, and confident customer service attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members by name and get to know their lives
- Answer phone calls, check and return emails, resolve member questions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization on the gym floor and locker rooms
- Set up classes and ensure all amenities are stocked
- Advocate for members, communicate their needs within the company
- Deliver amazing first impressions for new visitors, accurately represent the gym’s benefits, and tailor information to each individual
- Assist with membership sign-ups and upsell services when appropriate
- Educate members on how to maximize their gym experience
- Protect the integrity of the business by ensuring only authorized individuals use the gym, keeping the cash register balanced, and safeguarding member privacy
- Uphold the mission and core values of Flow Fitness in every interaction

Qualifications
- Ability to twist, squat, reach, and bend to lift up to 45 lbs; able to be on feet for extended periods
- Non-seasonal: Candidates must intend to stay for at least 6+ months
- Able to work at both our Fremont and South Lake Union locations.
- Consistent availability for the set of shifts; holiday availability required (excluding Christmas Day)
- 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Experience managing emails, calendars, Microsoft Word/Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with MindBody Software, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Google Drive is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Starting pay: $21.00 per hour
- Semi-annual pay raises: $0.25 increase for standard of excellence, potential for additional $0.25 for high performance
