Therma° Haus is a high-end sauna + cold plunge recovery studio opening in Denver’s RiNo Art District. We’re building a welcoming, clean, elevated space where guests come to relax, recover, and recharge. We’re looking for reliable, positive team members to join our opening crew and help create an exceptional experience from day one.

This role combines front desk reception with maintaining the studio throughout the day. You’ll be the face of Therma° Haus — greeting guests, assisting with memberships, and helping keep the space spotless and running smoothly.

In the beginning, the owner will be onsite daily helping with setup, memberships, and operations. Expect a little extra hands-on work upfront as we launch — we’ll train you and support you every step of the way.

• Greet guests warmly and deliver outstanding customer service

• Handle front desk duties (check-ins, scheduling, phone calls, basic questions)

• Assist guests with memberships and sessions

• Keep the studio clean and organized throughout the day

• Squeegee floors hourly (especially near cold plunge areas)

• Fold and organize towels and laundry

• Wipe down high-touch areas, lockers, and bathrooms regularly

• Maintain a calm, welcoming, spa-like environment

• Support the team during busy periods

• Strong customer service mindset (always kind, calm, and professional)

• Phone etiquette and receptionist skills

• Comfortable using computers and booking systems

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented spa environment

• Detail-oriented with pride in cleanliness and presentation

• Prior hospitality, fitness, or wellness experience is a plus

• $20/hour + commission on memberships sold
