Front Desk/Closing Hours: 4 PM / 6 PM - 10 PM

*We are currently hiring to fill a shift for 6-12 hours per week*

Job Responsibilities:

• Professionally greet and interact with members, prospects, and guests while consistently delivering outstanding customer service
• Uphold exceptional core values in every area
• Proficiently answer phone inquiries
• Strive to always improve the member experience, revenues and retention rate
• Maintain the high standard of cleanliness throughout the entire facility
• Accurately and efficiently complete sales transactions at POS register
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times
• Opportunity to earn commission and partake in internal and external promotions

Qualifications:

• A positive, upbeat personality
• Enthusiasm and a passionate work ethic
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency
• Exceptional communication skills - must be able to effectively communicate in person and via phone with customers, coworkers and managers
• Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing for long periods of time, constantly walking, bending above and below shoulder height, lifting heavy objects, etc.
