Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Attendant at The Hotel Chalet, located in Chattanooga, TN. The Front Desk Attendant will serve as the first point of contact for guests, performing reception duties such as check-ins, check-outs, and answering inquiries. Responsibilities include providing a welcoming experience, handling correspondence, managing reservations, addressing guest concerns, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Experience with Clerical Skills, including managing reservations and record-keeping
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced work environment
• Proficiency with hotel management and reservation systems is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is advantageous
