Front Desk Attendant

Position Summary

The Front Desk Attendant serves as the first point of contact for members, guests, and employees entering the Club. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting with member inquiries, handling phone communications, and supporting administrative and operational needs within the department.

Key Responsibilities

Greet members and guests in a warm and professional manner

Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately

Assist with member check-ins, reservations, and general questions

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling assistance

Communicate effectively with multiple departments to ensure smooth daily operations

Uphold the Club?s standards of hospitality and professionalism

Qualifications

Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer proficiency and comfort using office systems

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $20?$22 per hour

Full-Time Position (40 hours per week)
