Our front desk is the heart of the salon. We’re looking for a beauty enthusiast who thrives in a high-end environment, loves working with people, and takes pride in creating a seamless, elevated experience for every client.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first impression, greet clients warmly and guide their experience
• Manage appointment scheduling, client flow, and stylist timing efficiently
• Handle POS transactions and support retail sales
• Recommend products and services to elevate each client’s visit
• Maintain a clean, polished, and welcoming front desk environment
• Monitor client feedback and communicate concerns to management
• Support marketing efforts and contribute ideas to improve the client experience
• Help maintain the VaZa standard: professionalism, positivity, and teamwork

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service or front desk experience (salon experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Comfortable with technology (booking systems, POS, etc.)
• Open to coaching, growth, and feedback
• A positive, solutions-focused mindset

Schedule

• Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Thursday: On CALL
• Friday: 8:30AM - 5PM
• Saturday: 7:30AM - 4PM
