We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at a premier hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
  • Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Perform night audit duties as required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and relay messages as necessary.

Skills

  • Experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of night audit processes is beneficial.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to provide exceptional guest services in a friendly manner.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is advantageous.
