Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform night audit duties as required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and relay messages as necessary.
Skills
- Experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of night audit processes is beneficial.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to provide exceptional guest services in a friendly manner.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.

Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
