Front Desk Agent
Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The Front Desk Agent will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our guests during their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Skills:
- Hospitality management
- Proficiency in phone systems
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong front desk operations knowledge
- Familiarity with night audit procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Passion for hospitality industry
- Experience in hotel environment is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Strong guest relations skills
