Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Shift: Overnight (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

As a member of our overnight team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel safe, supported, and well cared for—even while the rest of the world sleeps.

What You’ll Do

As our Front Desk Night Auditor, you’ll be responsible for both guest services and end-of-day financial reporting. Your shift will be a blend of hospitality and accounting, with tasks including:

Guest Services

• Greet late-arriving guests with warmth and professionalism
• Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and emergencies with calm confidence
• Monitor lobby and property security during overnight hours

Night Audit Duties

• Reconcile daily transactions and generate financial reports
• Balance room charges, cash receipts, and credit card payments
• Prepare and distribute daily revenue summaries for management
• Ensure all systems are reset and ready for the next day’s operations

Light Housekeeping & Setup

• Maintain a tidy front desk and lobby area
• Prepare breakfast area or amenities for early morning guests (if applicable)

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who’s reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping others. Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous hotel or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
• Basic accounting or cash-handling skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Comfort working independently and staying alert during overnight hours
• Familiarity with hotel software systems (a plus!)
