Front Desk Clerk - Tattnall Counseling Center

Under general supervision, our front desk clerk performs the following tasks:

• Maintains a high quality of customer service and care
• Billing services for consumer services rendered
• Schedules Appointments
• Tracks and troubleshoots claims and payments
• Maintains related files and prepares routine reports
• Obtains and evaluates patient information to determine payment sources
• Prepares claims and submits to appropriate sources.
• Maintains consumer billing and related files and records. Balance and reconciles all billed services for eligibility, authorizations and encounters.
• Attends training sessions, meetings and conferences.

Full Time position

Minimum Training & Experience:

High School Diploma or GED and Two years of related experience in reception, maintaining billing records, claims, statements and/or reports.

Experience with mental health is preferred.

Must be at least 21 years old to apply.
