ZOIME Polyclinic, a leading and rapidly growing Longevity & Wellness Clinic in Dubai, we are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Front Desk / Client Relations Officer to join our team.

This role is the heartbeat of our clinic-where first impressions are created, client relationships are nurtured, and exceptional service begins.

  • Welcome patients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate the daily clinic calendar.
  • Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in person with efficiency.
  • Support administrative processes including patient registration, file management, and billing coordination.
  • Collaborate closely with the medical and longevity team to ensure a smooth client journey.
  • Uphold the clinic's standards of confidentiality, customer service, and DHA compliance.
  • Assist in patient follow-ups, treatment reminders, and feedback collection.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in healthcare (clinic/wellness or hospital setting) is a must.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in clinic management software & Microsoft Office.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassionate, discreet, and client-focused personality.
