Front Desk Coordinator

Christian Roy’s Salon is looking for a full-time Front Desk Coordinator who is friendly, reliable, and enjoys working with people. We are a busy, high-end salon in the Upper Valley seeking a polished, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our guest experience.

This is a full-time position with every other Saturday required and evening availability (up to 7:00 PM).

About the Role
Our front desk is more than just answering phones—it is the heartbeat of the salon. This role is responsible for creating a seamless, welcoming, and elevated experience for every guest while supporting our team of stylists and maintaining a well-run daily operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and check in guests with professionalism and energy
  • Manage a multi-line phone system and online booking with accuracy
  • Schedule appointments strategically to maximize stylist productivity
  • Handle checkout, retail sales, and rebooking
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and salon environment
  • Support daily salon flow and assist with team communication
  • Proactively engage in client follow-up and retention efforts

  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable with computers, scheduling systems, and POS
  • A team player with a positive, proactive mindset

Schedule

  • Full-time (approx. 35–40 hours/week)
  • Every other Saturday required
  • Evening shifts required (up to 7:00 PM)
