Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with enthusiasm, professionalism, and efficiency
- Coordinate and support graphic design projects using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator to produce eye-catching visuals for social media, websites, and promotional materials
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to maximize reach and engagement
- Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on brand perception, industry trends, and customer feedback for strategic content planning
- Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads to boost visibility and audience engagement
- Conduct keyword research and analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to optimize digital marketing efforts
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and branding consistency before publication
- Support public relations activities by maintaining positive relationships with media outlets, partners, and community stakeholders
- Maintain a clean, organized and luxurious salon
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of content creation and branding projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer (application) for scheduling and analytics
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, Google Analytics, and web analytics to enhance online visibility
- Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns and social listening techniques to monitor brand reputation
- Skills in photography and video editing to produce high-quality visual content that captures audience attention
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure all communications are polished and aligned with brand standards
