We are seeking a polished, service-driven professional for a dual-role position that combines front desk coordination with hands-on aesthetic services. Position Overview
This full-time role supports both the day-to-day front desk experience and the delivery of aesthetic treatments. The right candidate will play an important role in guiding the client journey from first contact through checkout, while also performing services, recommending treatment plans, and helping support treatment, retail, package, and membership growth.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, polished, warm, sales-conscious, and passionate about aesthetics and client results.

Core Responsibilities

Front Desk & Client Coordination

• Greet and check in clients with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
• Manage scheduling, confirmations, appointment flow, and daily front desk operations
• Answer incoming calls, texts, and client inquiries in a timely and polished manner
• Process payments, memberships, package sales, and checkout accurately
• Maintain accurate client records, notes, and documentation
• Support retention through follow-up, rebooking, and relationship-building
• Help maintain a seamless, luxury-level client experience from arrival to departure

Aesthetician Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic services including facials, advanced skin treatments, and body services
• Conduct client consultations and recommend customized treatment plans
• Educate clients on services, skincare, home care, and treatment options
• Confidently recommend appropriate add-ons, packages, memberships, and retail products
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness, organization, and compliance standards
• Deliver safe, effective, and results-driven care aligned with client goals

Sales & Growth Support

• Contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Support growth through strong client communication, education, and follow-up
• Build long-term client relationships that support retention and loyalty
• Represent the Body Preserve brand with professionalism, confidence, and consistency

Operational Standards

• Maintain a high level of organization, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Follow all protocols, procedures, sanitation, and compliance standards
• Stay informed on services, products, and industry trends
• Support team needs and clinic flow to help maintain an exceptional client experience

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona Aesthetician license
• Laser technician certification in the state of Arizona
• Prior experience in a med spa, aesthetic practice, or luxury service environment preferred
• Strong client service, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable in both front desk and treatment room responsibilities
• Sales-minded with confidence in recommending services, packages, and skincare
• Experience with scheduling and booking systems such as Podium, Vagaro, Boulevard, or similar platforms
• Professional appearance, polished demeanor, and strong attention to detail

Compensation & Perks

• $20–$23 per hour, depending on experience
