Position Overview

This hybrid role combines front desk duties with responsibilities in marketing, social media, and business partnerships. You’ll be the face of our clinic, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience, while also driving our brand growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Coordinator

  • Welcome clients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide product/service information.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Marketing & Social Media

  • Create and schedule engaging social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor and respond to comments/messages to enhance online engagement.
  • Analyze social media performance and recommend improvements.

Business Partnerships

  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations.
  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to expand the Prime IV brand.
  • Plan and execute community outreach events to promote our services.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and basic content creation tools.
  • Previous experience in customer service, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
