Magnolia Neuro Rehab is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and professional Front Desk Coordinator/Office Manager to join our team. This individual will play a key role in maintaining efficient day-to-day clinic operations while providing excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage front desk operations and greet patients and visitors
- Schedule appointments and assist with maintaining daily clinic schedules
- Maintain inventory and ensure office/clinic supplies are adequately stocked
- Organize and maintain employee files and administrative records
- Assist with administrative duties including copying, scanning, filing, and document management
- Support efficient clinic flow and communication between staff and patients
- Identify opportunities to improve office processes and implement systems for increased efficiency and workflow organization
- Assist leadership and clinical staff with additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, front desk, or office coordination experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Proficiency with computers, scheduling systems, and standard office equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience in a healthcare or therapy clinic setting is preferred but not required

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
