Job Summary:

We are seeking a presentable, confident, and well-organized Front Desk & Customer Care Executive to manage reception duties, handle customer communications, prepare quotations, and provide backend support to the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively between customers and internal departments.

Job description:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Handle courier, dispatch, and general administrative tasks.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and order status.
  • Follow up with customers for feedback and pending matters.
  • Maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and issue quotations as per sales team instructions.
  • Maintain proper records of quotations and follow up for confirmation.
  • Assist in preparing comparative statements when required.
  • Support the sales team in documentation and order processing.
  • Maintain sales records, reports, and client databases.
  • Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, and operations for smooth order execution.
  • Track inquiries and update the sales team on status regularly.

Job Requirement:

  • The ideal candidate must have a Bachelors’ Degree in relevant field from any HEC recognized university.
  • The candidate should've at least 1 year of experience in Front Desk / Customer Care Executive. However, Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong negotiation, Communication, and Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email) are required for this post.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple queries
