Front Desk Customer Service Agent

About the Job:

We are looking for a warm, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Customer Service Agent to manage all reception and clerical duties at our studio. You will be the face of Real Pilates—creating the first impression for new visitors and serving as the welcoming, familiar presence our loyal members see every day.

The ideal candidate has a friendly and approachable personality, is attentive, organized, and disciplined, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You should be confident in providing accurate information, handling concerns with care, and maintaining a calm, solutions-oriented approach at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service in person and over the phone, offering clear and comprehensive information about our services and programs
• Actively participate in basic sales activities, including outbound calls, and confidently guide clients toward suitable packages
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients while fostering a warm and inviting studio atmosphere
• Handle client complaints effectively, ensuring prompt resolution or appropriate escalation when required
• Perform essential administrative tasks such as data entry, client bookings, document creation and amendments, and cash handling
• Support daily studio operations to ensure a smooth and professional front desk experience

The ultimate goal of this role is to ensure every client and visitor feels welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout their experience at Real Pilates.

• Monthly salary of AED 4,500 – 5,500 (depending on qualifications and experience)
