Front Desk Customer Service Representative Auto Body Shop

Hours can be 7:30 - 4:30pm or 8:00-5:00pm

Customer service skills

Calling customers after repair for follow up surveys - priority

Multitasker

Self Starter

Good phone and email etiquette

Good speaking voice

Good grammar

Able to speak and write professionally

Works Well with others

Team player

Willing to work duties outside of job description as needed

Flexible with office/shop/duty changes

Can change direction quickly and recover

Has Knowledge of all or some:

Automotive industry

Insurance

Customer Service

Technology

Computer literate/strong skills to troubleshoot computer issues

Can detect/see problems and has strong problem solving skills (For example: Car towed in and has no information thinks to check CCCOne, Glove box, car to try and find info on customer)

Duties

Check-in/out cars

Answer phones immediately

Tuesday/Thursday updates

Scheduling

Docusign send and follow-up

Tasks done same day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
