Position Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic & pro-active Front Office Receptionist to manage our reception area and provide administrative support while also acting as a HRM trainee. This dual role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in HR management and front office operations.

Location: Kanjur Marg, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Type: Full-Time

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English & Hindi

Experience: 0-2 Years

Qualifications:

BBA, BMS, or any Graduate with a Diploma or PG certificate or MBA in HRM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Schedule and coordinate business meetings and appointments
  • Maintain office supplies and manage inventory
  • Assist HR department with recruitment processes
  • Organize and maintain employee records
  • Support HR functions like onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle employee or external inquiries and provide administrative support to Office Manager.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Keen attention to detail
