EXPERIENCED TOWING DISPATCHER

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: Competitive Hourly (Based on Experience)

Overview:
We are hiring an experienced towing dispatcher ONLY. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment handling police, accident, and priority calls. Applicants must be able to work independently, stay organized, and maintain a clean, professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

• Prior dispatch experience
• Strong knowledge of towing operations and equipment
• Ability to handle high call volume and prioritize effectively
• Professional communication and organized, detail-oriented work habits

Preferred:

• Experience with InTow or TOPS

Schedule:

• Day (8–5), Second (3–11), Overnight (11–8)
• Weekend availability required (rotating or at least one day)
• Hybrid weekends possible after training

What You’ll Do:

• Dispatch drivers based on priority and location
• Handle police and accident calls
• Manage calls from start to completion
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and law enforcement in a clear and professional manner

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
