We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist with Document Controlling skills to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are detail-oriented, well-spoken, and eager to start their career in administration and office management.
Reception Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings
Document Control Duties:
- Maintain and organize company documents (physical and electronic)
- Ensure proper filing, tracking, and retrieval of documents
- Manage document version control and updates
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and internal communications
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
