Front Desk / Document Controller

We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist with Document Controlling skills to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are detail-oriented, well-spoken, and eager to start their career in administration and office management.
Reception Duties:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings

Document Control Duties:

  • Maintain and organize company documents (physical and electronic)
  • Ensure proper filing, tracking, and retrieval of documents
  • Manage document version control and updates
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and internal communications
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
