We are now seeking a polished, motivated, and licensed esthetician ready to launch their career in a luxury med spa setting.

Position Overview

This hybrid role blends the polish of a Front Desk Concierge with the clinical exposure of an Esthetician’s Assistant. While your primary responsibilities will be at the front desk welcoming clients, coordinating schedules, and managing transactions, you will also gain hands-on experience supporting estheticians in treatment preparation, room turnover, and client care.

This position is ideal for a newly licensed esthetician seeking to build confidence, develop skills, and learn the operations of a high-end medical spa.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk / Concierge Duties

  • Greet every client warmly and manage check-ins with professionalism.
  • Coordinate a complex schedule of appointments with accuracy and discretion.
  • Handle calls, texts, and client inquiries with clarity and empathy.
  • Maintain an elegant, serene front-of-house environment.
  • Process transactions and maintain client accounts confidentially.
  • Support retail sales by restocking and assisting with displays.

Esthetician Assistant Duties

  • Prepare and cleanse clients before treatments as directed.
  • Flip and sanitize treatment rooms between services.
  • Restock treatment rooms with products, linens, and tools.
  • Clean and maintain equipment according to spa standards.
  • Assist estheticians with client education and post-treatment guidance under supervision.
  • Support with opening and closing procedures (cash reconciliation, tidy reception, secure equipment).

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Texas Esthetician License (required).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor, polished appearance, and discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment.
  • Comfort with booking software (Meevo experience is a plus).
  • Passion for skincare, wellness, and client service.

Working Conditions:

  • Spa environment with frequent face-to-face client interactions.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and perform light lifting (up to 15 lbs).
  • Evening and weekend availability required (especially Saturdays).

Pay: $13.00 - $16.50 per hour
