Front Desk – Evening Shifts (Wed–Fri) – Immediate Need (Ashland)

Siskiyou Massage is seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team in Ashland.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a professional, client-centered environment. You’ll be an integral part of a well-established therapeutic clinic, supporting both clients and a team of skilled practitioners.

Current priority need: Wednesday–Friday evening (closing) shifts, with opportunity to expand to additional hours.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, and management
• Manage scheduling and client accounts using clinic software (Jane)
• Answer multi-line phones with professionalism and warmth
• Represent the clinic with a calm, welcoming presence
• Complete opening, closing, and shift transition procedures
• Perform light administrative tasks (filing, bookkeeping support, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and organized environment (laundry, bathrooms, light outdoor upkeep)
• Adapt to evolving responsibilities as the role grows

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong communication (written and verbal)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable learning and using computer systems
• Self-motivated and dependable

Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Front desk or administrative experience
• Bookkeeping experience
• Experience with Jane, MindBody, or similar systems
• Familiarity with RingCentral or phone systems
