Visitor Management: Warmly welcome, register, and direct clients/guests; manage visitor access and badges. Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and forward calls; take messages; respond to emails and general inquiries. Administrative Support: Handle mail/deliveries, manage appointment/meeting room bookings, filing, data entry, and office supply inventory. Office Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area. Support Operations: Assist with scheduling, coordination, and other tasks as directed by management.
