We are seeking a young, energetic, confident, and good-looking Female Front Office Executive to represent the face of our company. This is not just a receptionist role — it’s about presence, personality, communication, and support in key business functions.

Who Should Apply

• You are good-looking and well-groomed – suitable for a premium brand's front desk
• You are confident, presentable, and customer-oriented
• You have very good spoken and written English communication skills
• You are proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Data Validation, data management) - these skills are must.
• You are comfortable with basic accounting tasks in Tally Prime will be appreciated.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Office Management

• Greet and assist visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanor
• Answer and manage phone calls and emails
• Maintain reception area aesthetics, cleanliness, and order
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules
• Handle basic admin tasks, document filing, and office supplies
• Work with advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, filtering large data sets)

Accounting Support

• Making proforma invoice in Tally Prime
• Assist with daily task

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 or 2 year of experience in a similar role
• Experience in retail, wholesale, or eyewear industry is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Excel is essential and Tally Prime experience will be appreciated
• Must be able to handle front desk duties and basic accounting support simultaneously
