Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer focused Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, coordinating appointments, providing administrative support, and assisting the CEO with secretarial duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, visitors, and guests to the office premises in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth front office operations.
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Maintain office records, filing systems, and confidential documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient communication.
- Assist with travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and other executive support functions.
- Perform general administrative and office management duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, administrative, or executive assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
