Front Desk Greeter

Diventures, the nation's fastest-growing swim and scuba center with locations in 13 states, is seeking a front-desk greeter. We are looking for someone with an upbeat personality who enjoys working with people.

Key TasksResponsibilities

The key role of this position is to provide exceptional customer service. This position will also focus on improving efficiency and customer retention through effective organization and communication. You'll have plenty of direct contact with parents and their children, so great people skills are a must. As a greeter, we expect a willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Responsibilities might also include:

• Register and enroll new students and families via the Jackrabbit point-of-sale system
• Create Sign In/Out Sheet
• Give tours of Diventures
• Handle an assortment of additional tasks and various other duties, such as cutting stickers and coloring books for kids, monitoring and replenishing bathroom supplies, and cleaning as needed

Key Personality Attributes

You must have a positive and energetic attitude and be able to work well with children. You'll also need great people skills overall, since you'll also have plenty of interaction with parents. Ideal applicants would also have:

• Flexibility of scheduling
• A desire to be part of a fun and energetic team
• A willingness to learn or to develop as a professional

• Minimum age is 16
• Good communication skills
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
