Front Desk Guest Services Representative

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at a premier hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest services. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
  • Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer or guest services is preferred.
  • Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding hospitality.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
