Front Desk Gym Receptionist (French, Russian, Spanish, German)

Job Title: Gym Receptionist / Front Desk Associate

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and organized Gym Receptionist to be the face of our fitness community. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring everyone feels welcome from the moment they walk through the door. The ideal candidate is a multi-tasker who can handle administrative duties while maintaining a positive, health-conscious attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Member Relations: Greet members by name, check them into the facility, and handle inquiries or complaints with a professional demeanor.
• Sales & Enrollment: Provide tours to prospective members, explain membership tiers, and assist with the sign-up process.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage phone calls, schedule personal training sessions, and process payments using our POS system.
• Retail Management: Sell gym merchandise, supplements, and beverages; ensure the front-desk display is stocked and tidy.
• Facility Oversight: Monitor the gym floor for safety, ensure towels are stocked, and report any equipment maintenance needs to management.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or reception preferred.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using gym management software (e.g., Mindbody, ABC Fitness) and basic Microsoft Office.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Passion: A genuine interest in health, fitness, or wellness.
