Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations, and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest experience
• Take beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and prepare drinks efficiently at the bar
• Serve food and beverages with professionalism, ensuring proper food handling and adherence to food safety standards
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties, including processing payments and providing accurate change
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, bar, and dining spaces in compliance with health regulations
• Assist with event setups such as banquets or catering functions, providing excellent service throughout the event duration
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly, turning any situation into a positive experience through exceptional customer service skills

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing and sales tracking
• Strong time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities seamlessly during busy shifts
• Extensive customer service experience in food industry settings, including fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly within licensed venues such as nightclubs or breweries
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments requiring quick thinking and adaptability
• Excellent communication skills to engage with guests professionally and courteously
