Front Desk Host (Restaurant & Bar)

Royal Indian Cuisine & Bar is seeking a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Front of House Host / Order & Bar Support Specialist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for ensuring smooth service between dine-in customers, takeout orders, and bar coordination.

We are looking for someone with positive energy, strong communication skills, restaurant experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take dine-in, takeout, and phone orders accurately
• Manage POS system and process cash, credit, and debit transactions
• Coordinate order flow between kitchen and front counter
• Assist with basic bar support (drink coordination and service support as needed)
• Maintain smooth customer flow and assist with guest needs
• Ensure accuracy and speed during busy hours
• Keep front-of-house and bar area clean and organized
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff for efficient service

We are looking for someone who is:

• Energetic, friendly, and confident with customers
• Experienced in restaurant or hospitality environments
• Responsible, ethical, and trustworthy with money handling
• Comfortable using POS systems
• A strong team player with good communication skills
• Accountable and reliable with attendance and performance
• Able to multitask and stay calm during busy periods

Schedule:

• 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• 7 days per week (based on business needs)
