The Role
We are seeking a bilingual Front Desk / Inside Sales Associate who will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, while also supporting sales efforts by following up with leads, assisting with orders, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work, client communication, and inside sales, all in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and delivery personnel professionally
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries promptly
• Support sales efforts, including following up with leads and clients, preparing quotes, and assisting with order processing
• Maintain organized front desk and administrative records
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure a smooth and professional start and end to each business day
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure client needs are met
• Translate and communicate effectively in both English and Portuguese for clients and internal team members

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or inside sales is preferred
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Comfortable using office software and CRM tools
• Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
