Front Desk Lead – Brickell Location

We are seeking a Front Desk Lead for our Brickell location. This is a leadership role
responsible for daily operations, client retention, inventory management, cleanliness standards, social media content creation, and front desk systems.
Key Responsibilities
Location Oversight & Operations
- Support Management Team with full day-to-day operations, including inventory management, reporting, and dashboard maintenance.
- Manage Spa attendants, ensuring the facility remains pristine at all times, including laundry, treatment room upkeep, and overall facility maintenance
Lead Management & Client Retention
- Collaborate with Sales Team, including calling and nurturing inbound leads
- Follow up with warm and existing leads to support conversion
- Ensure consistent communication and follow-up with guests
- Maintain detailed notes and pipeline organization
- Capture client testimonials, success stories, and guest experiences to support marketing and social media initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to showcase client journeys, events, and wellness outcomes through authentic content.
Front Desk & Systems Management
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently
- Manage appointments correctly in CRM system
- Collect deposits and ensure proper booking protocols are followed
- Confirm appointments and maintain schedule accuracy
- Provide detailed knowledge of services, packages, and memberships
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all guests
- Support Management Team in running and maintaining critical business reports
- Create and coordinate basic photo and video content for social media, including client experiences, team highlights, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Assist with maintaining social media content calendars and ensuring a consistent flow of content from the location.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and operational skills
- Strong data analysis and spreadsheet skills (Excel, Sheets, etc.)
- Experience using CRM systems (Go High Level preferred)
- Experience using Zenoti or similar booking software
- Ability to manage inventory and operational logistics
- Comfortable capturing content for social media and collecting client testimonials; experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus.
- Comfortable overseeing cleaning duties and maintaining high standards
- Sales-minded with a focus on client retention
- Professional, confident, and proactive communicator
- Full-time position
LLC/Contractor status preferred
