We are seeking a Front Desk Lead to oversee our Edgewater location. This is a leadership role responsible for daily operations, client retention, inventory management, cleanliness standards, and front desk systems.

This position is exclusive to Edgewater

Key Responsibilities

Location Oversight & Operations

● Oversee the full day-to-day operations of the Edgewater location

● Maintain inventory of supplies and retail products

● Track inventory levels and proactively update management when supplies are low ● Ensure the facility remains pristine at all times

● Perform daily cleaning duties including laundry, treatment room upkeep, and overall facility maintenance

● Maintain equipment readiness and operational standards

Lead Management & Client Retention

● Call all new leads daily through Go High Level

● Follow up with warm and existing leads to support conversion

● Focus on client retention and relationship building

● Ensure consistent communication and follow-up with guests

● Maintain detailed notes and pipeline organization

Front Desk & Systems Management

● Process all payments accurately and efficiently

● Manage appointments correctly in Zenoti

● Collect deposits and ensure proper booking protocols are followed ● Confirm appointments and maintain schedule accuracy

● Provide detailed knowledge of services, packages, and memberships ● Communicate effectively and professionally with all guests

Service Execution

● Perform essential services such as:

○ Foot Detox

○ Infrared Sauna

○ Yoni Steam

○ Other basic wellness therapies as trained

● Assist clients on and off equipment when needed

● Follow all service protocols with precision

Requirements

● Strong organizational and operational skills

● Experience using CRM systems (Go High Level preferred) ● Experience using Zenoti or similar booking software

● Ability to manage inventory and operational logistics

● Comfortable performing cleaning duties and maintaining high standards ● Sales-minded with a focus on client retention

● Professional, confident, and proactive communicator

● Full-time availability preferred (Mon - Fri 10am - 6pm)

● LLC/Contractor status preferred

● Has experience in a wellness center, med spa, clinic, or luxury fitness environment ● Thrives in leadership and accountability

● Is hands-on and not afraid to clean, organize, and maintain high standards

● Understands both operations and client experience

● Is aligned with longevity, detoxification, and proactive health
