Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Manager to lead our guest services team at a vibrant hospitality establishment. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. Your leadership will drive exceptional customer service, uphold hotel standards, and manage daily front desk operations. Duties

  • Oversee all front desk activities, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries
  • Lead and train front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain professional phone etiquette
  • Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently to handle guest requests and internal communications
  • Ensure accurate billing, night audit procedures, and cash handling processes are followed daily
  • Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
  • Maintain a welcoming environment by ensuring the front desk area is organized, clean, and inviting
  • Utilize multilingual skills to assist diverse guests and enhance their experience
  • Uphold hotel management standards by adhering to policies related to guest privacy, safety, and security

Experience

  • Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with a focus on front desk operations
  • Strong background in guest services, customer service excellence, and hospitality industry best practices
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve an international clientele effectively
  • Experience with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of resort or hotel management software systems is beneficial
  • Previous experience working in a resort or similar hospitality setting is desirable

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
