Front Desk Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily management and operations of the front desk to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage reservations, both phone and online, and ensure optimal seating arrangements.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns with a positive attitude.
  • Supervise the front desk team and ensure they provide exceptional service.
  • Assist in organizing events and special requests for guests.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and special requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain the restaurant’s atmosphere by ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the front area.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless service.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as reporting, scheduling.
  • Assist senior management in developing and implementing restaurant operating standards and service procedures.
  • Manage daily financial transaction, cash handing, and equipment maintenance at the front desk.
  • Conduct regular staff training to enhance service skills and efficiency

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in restaurant front desk management or a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a team and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of responsibilities simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,500.00 - $85,000.00 per year
