Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily management and operations of the front desk to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage reservations, both phone and online, and ensure optimal seating arrangements.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns with a positive attitude.
- Supervise the front desk team and ensure they provide exceptional service.
- Assist in organizing events and special requests for guests.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and special requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain the restaurant’s atmosphere by ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the front area.
- Coordinate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless service.
- Perform administrative tasks such as reporting, scheduling.
- Assist senior management in developing and implementing restaurant operating standards and service procedures.
- Manage daily financial transaction, cash handing, and equipment maintenance at the front desk.
- Conduct regular staff training to enhance service skills and efficiency
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in restaurant front desk management or a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic office software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of responsibilities simultaneously.
