Elite Feet is seeking a professional, motivated, and guest focused individual to join our team as either a Guest Concierge or Licensed Nail Technician. We are a luxury wellness and nail care studio committed to delivering an elevated guest experience through exceptional service, advanced education, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is positive, organized, professional, and passionate about helping guests look and feel their very best.

Duties & Responsibilities

Depending on the position hired for, responsibilities may include:

Guest Experience & Front Desk Operations

• Welcome and check in guests with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, text messages, emails, and appointment inquiries
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
• Assist guests with check out and rebooking appointments
• Recommend retail products and services when appropriate
• Maintain accurate guest records and documentation
• Follow up with guests regarding reviews, referrals, and satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and retail area

Nail Services & Guest Care

• Perform professional manicure and/or pedicure services
• Educate guests on nail care, foot care, and home maintenance
• Recommend products and treatment plans based on guest needs
• Document guest notes and service details accurately
• Rebook guests and support long term guest retention
• Maintain treatment rooms, tools, equipment, and workstations
• Participate in continuing education and team training

Team & Studio Standards

• Uphold Elite Feet's luxury guest experience standards
• Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, sanitation, and professionalism
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and service protocols
• Support team goals, retail initiatives, and studio growth
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team oriented culture

Additional Qualifications for Nail Technicians

• Current Florida Nail Specialist or Cosmetology License
• Ability to perform professional manicure and/or pedicure services
• Commitment to continuing education and skill development
