Responsibilities

  • Greet agents, visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and enthusiasm, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere
  • Manage phone systems efficiently, directing calls promptly and courteously using proper phone etiquette
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mailings, and messages
  • Support office management tasks such as proofreading and maintaining organized records
  • Assist in marketing efforts by updating social media platforms, preparing promotional materials, and supporting campaign activities
  • Maintain calendar schedules for meetings and appointments using tools like Google Workspace
  • Provide administrative support including typing documents, managing office supplies and office organization

Requirements

  • Proven experience at a front desk or in office support roles with excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally
  • Previous administrative experience demonstrating attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Calendar management experience to coordinate schedules seamlessly
  • Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Marketing experience preferred.
  • Real Estate experience preferred.
