Position Summary
The Front Desk & Marketing Support Associate is responsible for managing a high volume of incoming calls and greeting visitors while providing operational support to the Marketing and Sales teams. This role assists with marketing coordination, sales reporting, and other administrative tasks, making it ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys a varied and fast-paced role.
Key Responsibilities

Answers and directs incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.

Greets and assists visitors, ensuring they connect with the appropriate team member.

Assists with the distribution of marketing materials and announcements.

Updates company website content and social media platforms.

Helps coordinate trade shows, customer events, and vendor-sponsored promotions.

Conducts basic research on competitive products, pricing, and market trends.

Manages time effectively to ensure information is provided according to requested timelines.

Prepares and distributes weekly / monthly / quarterly sales reports.

Orders and maintains office supplies as needed.

Organizes and files records and important documentation.

Supports the Sales team with copy / print tasks and other administrative needs.

Represents Coastal in a professional manner and builds collaborative relationships.
Qualifications

2+ years of administrative support experience (experience in building materials is a plus).

Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP / CRM experience, a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills – able to manage multiple priorities while ensuring detail accuracy.

Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing.

Customer-service approach – proactive and solution-oriented.

Legally permitted to work in the United States.

Adaptable and willing to assume additional responsibilities.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements

Office environment with occasional visits to warehouse.

Ability to sit, type, and use a computer for extended periods.
