CASA Pilates Qatar – The Pearl, Doha

CASA Pilates Qatar is the largest premium Reformer Pilates studio in Qatar, located at The Pearl. We are looking for a polished, energetic, and highly organized Front Desk & Social Media Coordinator to join our team.

This role combines luxury guest service, front desk operations, sales support, digital marketing, and technical support during classes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcoming clients and ensuring an exceptional guest experience

* Managing class bookings, check-ins, WhatsApp inquiries, and customer communication

* Supporting sales of memberships, class packages, and retail products

* Creating and editing Instagram Stories, Reels, and social media content using Canva and CapCut

* Supporting daily social media posting and digital marketing activities

* Providing basic technical support for instructors during classes, including assistance with studio screens, video content, and audio systems

* Coordinating with instructors and management regarding schedules and studio operations

* Maintaining front desk presentation and studio organization at luxury hospitality standards

* Supporting client retention and community engagement initiatives

Requirements:

* Strong written and spoken English proficiency is required

* Additional languages are a plus

* Good knowledge of Canva, CapCut, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools

* Comfortable with basic technical support and handling studio media systems

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Professional appearance and positive attitude

* Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

* Previous experience in hospitality, wellness, fitness, reception, customer service, or marketing is an advantage

* Fast learners and recent graduates are welcome to apply
