Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Front Desk & Social Media Manager of our medical spa to lead our patient experience and digital engagement across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and analytics, with the ability to develop innovative strategies that enhance brand visibility and foster community engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our online voice, manage campaigns, and drive meaningful interactions with our audience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals, utilizing tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling and management.
  • Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and photography using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software.
  • Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities; leverage insights for content optimization.
  • Execute targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
  • Analyze web analytics and Google Analytics data to measure campaign performance; optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Engage with followers through relationship management, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
  • Coordinate with public relations teams to align messaging and manage brand reputation effectively.
  • Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to improve content discoverability across platforms.
  • Oversee e-commerce integrations where applicable, promoting products or services through social channels.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency before publication.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
  • Experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, web analytics, and keyword research techniques.
  • Strong graphic design skills with an eye for branding consistency.
  • Ability to craft engaging content tailored to diverse audiences across multiple platforms.
  • Experience in social listening tools and public relations strategies is a plus.
  • Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles including social media marketing, branding, email marketing, and e-commerce integration.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $49,603.52 - $59,737.57 per year
