We are a shared professional office space of business professionals. Our environment is friendly, professional, and fast-paced. We’re looking for a motivated and organized individual who can manage front desk operations while also supporting our marketing and digital presence.

Position Overview:

This role is a blend of front desk administration and marketing coordination. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, with an understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet clients, guests, and tenants in a friendly, professional manner

· Answer and direct phone calls and emails

· Handle mail, packages, and deliveries

· Daily basic housekeeping to maintain office for cleanliness and organization

· Provide administrative support to office management as needed in the form of data management tasks and projects

  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging posts
  • Assist in updating and optimizing website content for SEO
  • Monitor online listings and local search visibility
  • Help coordinate marketing campaigns, newsletters, events and promotional materials
  • Track performance metrics and suggest strategies for improvement

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media platforms.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and common online tools.
  • 2+ years of experience with SEO, and social media marketing.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, META, and LinkedIn advertising platforms
  • Google certifications are a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once, including the capability to balance competing priorities in an agency environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail
  • Prior experience in an office, administrative, or marketing role preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
