Front Desk- Night Auditor

The Holiday Inn Express AFA North Gate Colorado Springs is seeking a part-time Front Desk Agent- Night Auditor to join our team. This overnight role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing exceptional guest service, working independently, and ensuring accurate and efficient hotel operations during nighttime hours.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner in alignment with IHG brand standards.
• Process guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and incoming phone calls accurately and efficiently.
• Complete nightly audit procedures and generate required reports.
• Post charges, process payments, and handle billing inquiries.
• Maintain a consistent presence at the front desk and ensure smooth overnight hotel operations.
• Complete all required shift-specific tasks and checklists.
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns promptly, and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Provide guests with information about the hotel and local attractions, dining, and services.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance standards throughout public areas, including restrooms, lobby areas, and exterior entrances as assigned.
• Safeguard guest information, room keys, company assets, and cash drawer funds while adhering to all IHG brand standards.
• Prioritize multiple tasks effectively and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours (reasonable accommodations provided in accordance with ADA).
• Availability to work weekends and overnight shifts as scheduled.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
