Front Desk Agent/ Night Auditor – Build Your Long-Term Career in Hospitality

We are seeking a passionate and service-driven Front Desk Agent who is eager to grow into a successful hotelier. This is more than just a job — it is a long-term career opportunity for someone who is dedicated to excellence in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Handle billing procedures and virtual credit card transactions accurately
  • Answer phone calls and manage busy queues while maintaining professionalism and composure
  • Deliver exceptional guest service with a positive, “at your service” attitude
  • Address guest concerns promptly and ensure every experience is handled with care

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a hotel environment, preferably with brands such as IHG Hotels & Resorts, Hilton, or Marriott International
  • Experience handling billing and virtual credit cards

However, candidates without hotel experience are welcome to apply if they demonstrate:
