From scheduling appointments to explaining copays, you’ll bring calm, confidence, and compassion to every interaction. You won’t just keep the office organized, you’ll make sure every patient feels welcomed before they ever step into the treatment room.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Answer phones, schedule patients, and manage the flow of the day with accuracy and kindness
• Collect co-pays and perform monthly reports to keep billing clear and consistent
• Assist the physical therapist as needed so patient care always comes first
• Manage our CRM and follow up with potential PT candidates to support our growing team
• Keep accurate records and help patients stay on track with their plans of care

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year of experience in healthcare or a medical office preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with patients and providers
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while staying professional and positive
