Job Description – English
Latino Business Services LLC is seeking a Bilingual Front Desk Office Assistant with strong customer service and administrative skills. Approximately 70% of our clients are Spanish-speaking, therefore fluency in both Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in person, by phone, and via email.
- Answer, transfer, and take messages for incoming calls.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
- Receive, scan, organize, and file physical and digital documents.
- Provide basic administrative support to payroll, bookkeeping, business formation, and tax departments.
- Follow up on client requests using internal systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
- Provide general office support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish and English (verbal and written).
- Previous office or receptionist experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks (QB) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience using office equipment (scanner, printer, copier, phone).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

- Salem, OR 97301: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
