Job Description:
- Serve refreshments to guests (tea, coffee, water, etc.).
- Handle basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and delivering documents within the office.
- Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including meeting rooms, pantry, and workstations.
- Assist in organizing and setting up meetings and preparing meeting rooms.
- Monitor office supplies and inform admin of shortages.
- Handle errands such as collecting parcels or dropping off documents.
- Support staff with administrative and logistical needs.
- Welcoming guests and assist them.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Polite, well-mannered, and trustworthy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties.
- Good hygiene and personal grooming.
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning and light lifting tasks.
- Own Visa
